EXCELLENT SERVICE - Highly recommend and will be my go to for all my plumbing needs. Called for an appointment expecting a week or so before I was scheduled due to the holidays. Got on the schedule the next day, arrival window was 2 hours, arrived well within that window. Gal was courteous, knowledgeable, and advised the cost of best case scenario and worst case scenario. I went with best case scenario with the understanding that It may not correct the issue. She completed the work, showed me the finished job, told me what to look out for, cleaned up, gave me the invoice, I paid and was back to my morning before the 2 hour arrival window was even up. Thank you for being AMAZING!

Yolanda did an excellent job in our kitchen sink.She is very friendly and professional. I don’t normally write reviews but this one is highly recommended. I was happy with the work and the price. I will definitely get their services again. Also, Tiffany who I spoke with to schedule the work was also helpful and patient with me on the phone. Such a gem!Thank you, Yolanda!

From the scheduler through the repair tech, Elk Grove Plumbing was great to work with. Had an issue with a dryer gas valve while painters were trying to put the dryer back in place. Belinda had Parker here within 15 minutes. A little bit of good luck, yes, but they went above and beyond to take care of the issue and I wasn't even home. That being said, I've been dedicated to Joe Stillwell, owner, as my plumber for going on 15 years. Great service for a very fair price.

I was super-impressed. Joe and Brandon came out and systemically diagnosed the cause of a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They kept us informed every step of the way on pricing and worked to minimize cutting any drywall. As it ended up, they were able to diagnose the problem through a fiber optic camera placed through a small drill hole. They finished the project in a single visit at a fair price. What’s more, they had the needed parts “on the truck”. Kudos for a job well done. Highly recommended!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night during a heat wave, of course. They were able to come out the same day & make the repairs quickly. The two technicians were courteous and respectful of our home by using foot coverings and taking care to confirm everything was working properly before leaving. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Elk Grove plumbing was quick to respond, and got the issue resolved quickly due in part to the experience of the tech. The communication from online quote, technician arrival to project completion was customer centric. No one enjoys making a call to a plumber but the experience has been top notch, proud to know there’s companies & experts like John Hayes who provide excellent service. Kudos!

Elk Grove Plumbing is by far the most reliable, professional and and trustworthy plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Out of 8 emergency calls at 4:am, Mark from Elk Grove Plumbing was the only one who quickly responded to my emergency calls for service. As a disabled veteran, that was very important to me and my family.The Plumbing Technician Fernando was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, honest. I strongly recommend Elk Grove Plumbing if you value integrity, quality of work for affordable prices and an honest assessment of your situation. I'm a firm believer in Karma and Elk Grove Plumbing saved our family that night.

Water heater died during a holiday weekend. They were out with a replacement within 24 hours. Job was completed in a professional and timely manner by James and another gentleman and would highly recommend them!

Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain are our "go to" plumbers, they never let us down. Kenny is very knowledgeable, fast & efficient; but he can also patiently explain things in layman's terms. I secured an appointment quickly and Zack was the lead technician who came to my home. My issue was somewhat complex but Zack gave me several options was honest and did his best to save me money. My sense of Elk Grove plumbing is that they are not only honest and skilled, but are genuinely interested in the best outcome for their customers. Best of all they listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and fixed my problem!

If you’re questioning what company to use for your plumbing issues or upgrades, look no further. From the initial estimate to completion our major project, they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Parker was the amazing leader of an amazing crew (John, Brandon, and another gentleman- I’m not sure if we got his name!) that took on replacing all of the plumbing (water and sewer lines) for our almost 70 year old home with all original plumbing.At no point did we feel put out, in the way or dismissed by any questions or concerns we raised through the almost week long process. They communicated every step of the work being done each day and briefed us at the end of each day with what they got done, and what was on deck for the next day. They were clean, very respectful of our home, and our dog (who doesn’t like anyone including us) barely made a peep at the crew.We were also impressed at how they interacted with each other. Nothing but cohesive work, thorough communication, and respectful interactions. Parker regularly showed his appreciation to the team, and they all reciprocated that sentiment. I was actually sad to see them go (a full day ahead of schedule)!They were also the most reasonably priced company that we got estimates for. A project like this is not “cheap” by any stretch, but we got better equipment with better upgrades for less than any other proposal we received.So happy with everything. 10/10. I will absolutely recommend to anyone

I had an old whole house filter that started leaking. I was able to get an assessment and quote within a few days after calling Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain. Lupe was our tech. He gave us honest feedback about what he thought we would need and made a great recommendation of adding a turn off valve to make future whole house filter changes more easy.As soon as I received my filter I was able to make the appointment for installation. Lupe arrived on time and worked quickly. He left no mess and honestly my whole house filter system looks so much prettier than I expected!He even added a spigot to properly flush the system and I'm sure it'll come in handy for other uses later on. I'm so happy with the work!I highly recommend for their high quality work and professionalism. I will keep them in my house book to call upon for future plumbing and drainage needs.

When a restaurant looses its water heater, it's not a matter of inconvenience, it's a matter of closing doors until the issue is resolved. Ours was dying, about about to give up the ghost when I contacted EG Plumbing & Drain. A wonder-worker named Parker came out, assessed my situation, took 15, maybe 20 minutes to research best options, walked back into my place and said he found the best replacement heater, could be there early before opening the next morning to disconnect and remove the old heater, install the new one and be done with hot water before we opened. That was fantastic news, IF he could pull it off. And I knew what to expect to pay for heater and installation, because I have family elsewhere in plumbing and they read me list prices... But Parker found me the right heater at the right price and got the job done neat and clean and all before we opened that day. Everything was digitized and two i-Pad signatures took care of everything. When it came time to cut the check, the amount was exactly as quoted. Parker assessed my situation, knew my business needs, researched to meet those needs by finding a heater and managed delivery and removal, met my needs by completely the job on time and charged me fairly. That's my definition of a great business... should be yours too.
