Absolutely an incredible team! They came and looked at my shower that was having issues with hot and cold water. Within 20 minutes they were able to diagnose the issue, fix the issue and charged me a very reasonable price. I am beyond grateful for them. 10/10 would use them again and will definitely refer them to my friends. Absolutely an amazing team

Great, same day service in replacing my waterheater. Sonny was very professional, polite and answered all questions I had. Know ahead of time they accept credit cards, but require a 3% of total processing fee. That would have been a $ 70.00 fee for the visit. They do take checks or debit card.

This company performed a service at my home yesterday (clogged kitchen sink). I am pleased with the service from setting up the appointment to meet my needs to the work being done.Robert and Ray, were professional, knowledgeable and explained the process so that I knew what happened and what needed to be done. One of the worst things that can happen to a home owner happened to us, a slab leak! I didn't even know what a slab leak was until John H. answered our service call and explained what it was. John was so patient and helpful. He answered my endless questions and reassured us throughout the whole process. John and his team repaired our leak quickly and professionally and with as little disruption as possible. Our team replaced our HVAC units, installed a tankless water heater, and did a loose fill insulation through our entire attic for a super awesome price. They did it all in a day and it was absolutely painless. Recommending them to all my neighbors if they ask and will turn to them for other things they specialize in if needed. My electrician picked this company to quote us for a new water heater. And although we didn’t end up going with the new water heater, I was impressed with their excellent communication, so we used them for a different job. I was able to get a quote and get the job scheduled in a two day time frame. They just finished installing a water line to my new fridge, and while they were here they were able to resolve two other minor issues (a hair clogged drain & resealing a tube under a sink). Excellent customer service from the office staff and technicians. I now have a go to plumbing company!

We had a wet bar that we were removing and needed a plumber to cap off the water line and drain pipe. We were very pleased with the work that their plumber, Ray, did. He was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. However it took one week, 2 emails and 4 phone calls from me to get a quote and set the appointment time. I was frustrated by that. But once the appointment was set they came out the very next day and did good work.

I highly recommend Elk Grove Plumbing &Drain. I needed a new faucet, and new garbage disposal. Parker came out and he was on time and friendly. He showed and explain to me the items requested. I agree to the installation, Parker then went right to work, after he finished the area was left neat and tidy. Parker did an amazing job The installation was professionally done just beautiful. Best plumbing company for home or commercial use. I have used Elk Grove Plumbing services for my commercial and rental units as well as my own private home. Fair pricing, great service, and fast response. I feel like they're always very honest across all of their techs and their employees. I've literally had the City of Sacramento come and attempt to write me up about "violations", but EGP has always been able to do easy, affordable fixesSacramento needs more companies like them!

Updated 10/19/23:Today was the third time Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain came out. When I opened the front door this morning, I heard a big gush of water that was originating under the porch. I called them and they sent Hung Pham out a short time later. He found that a 2 ft long piece of PVC waterline had broken off because it was old and brittle, then changed it out. Another reasonably-priced fix! Thanks, Hung!Update 5/9/23:Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain came out to fix a plugged drain... took awhile because there was about 4 feet of blockage, but Kenny got it done. Was interesting seeing the inside of the drain with his camera.This is the second time I've hired these guys. First one was to replace an 20+ year old water heater. Did a great job on that, too.Nice people, know what they're doing, prices are reasonable... they're my go-to for plumbing!OUTSTANDING service today from Joe and Brandon! My 20 year old water heater was working okay but since it was so old, I decided not to tempt fate and have it replaced now. The replacement is a state-of-the-art water heater with all kinds of built-in bells and whistles. Thank you for doing such a great job!

We have used EG Plumbing & Drain for a variety of services over the last year, and every single time I am more impressed with their responsiveness, friendliness, and quality of work. Their prices are great too. We've always been able to get someone out within a day or so, and any issues are promptly fixed. We have had at least 4 or 5 technicians come for services over time and all of them have been so nice. Today, Joe came out to address a tankless water heater issue we were having and he did a great job and provided some helpful tips for the future. Unexpected home issues can be stressful and we've had a lot going on making our lives a bit hectic lately, so I am so thankful for the quick response and friendly attitude - it made my day! I have no hesitations recommending this company for any service and they'll continue to be my first place to call in the future!

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Highly recommend and will be my go to for all my plumbing needs. Called for an appointment expecting a week or so before I was scheduled due to the holidays. Got on the schedule the next day, arrival window was 2 hours, arrived well within that window. Gal was courteous, knowledgeable, and advised the cost of best case scenario and worst case scenario. I went with best case scenario with the understanding that It may not correct the issue. She completed the work, showed me the finished job, told me what to look out for, cleaned up, gave me the invoice, I paid and was back to my morning before the 2 hour arrival window was even up. Thank you for being AMAZING!

From the scheduler through the repair tech, Elk Grove Plumbing was great to work with. Had an issue with a dryer gas valve while painters were trying to put the dryer back in place. Belinda had Parker here within 15 minutes. A little bit of good luck, yes, but they went above and beyond to take care of the issue and I wasn't even home. That being said, I've been dedicated to Joe Stillwell, owner, as my plumber for going on 15 years. Great service for a very fair price.

I was super-impressed. Joe and Brandon came out and systemically diagnosed the cause of a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They kept us informed every step of the way on pricing and worked to minimize cutting any drywall. As it ended up, they were able to diagnose the problem through a fiber optic camera placed through a small drill hole. They finished the project in a single visit at a fair price. What’s more, they had the needed parts “on the truck”. Kudos for a job well done. Highly recommended!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night during a heat wave, of course. They were able to come out the same day & make the repairs quickly. The two technicians were courteous and respectful of our home by using foot coverings and taking care to confirm everything was working properly before leaving. We will definitely be using them in the future.

The communication from online quote, technician arrival to project completion was customer centric. If you’re questioning what company to use for your plumbing issues or upgrades, look no further. From the initial estimate to completion our major project, they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Parker was the amazing leader of an amazing crew (John, Brandon, and another gentleman- I’m not sure if we got his name!) that took on replacing all of the plumbing (water and sewer lines) for our almost 70 year old home with all original plumbing.At no point did we feel put out, in the way or dismissed by any questions or concerns we raised through the almost week long process. They communicated every step of the work being done each day and briefed us at the end of each day with what they got done, and what was on deck for the next day. They were clean, very respectful of our home, and our dog (who doesn’t like anyone including us) barely made a peep at the crew.We were also impressed at how they interacted with each other. Nothing but cohesive work, thorough communication, and respectful interactions. Parker regularly showed his appreciation to the team, and they all reciprocated that sentiment. I was actually sad to see them go (a full day ahead of schedule)!They were also the most reasonably priced company that we got estimates for. A project like this is not “cheap” by any stretch, but we got better equipment with better upgrades for less than any other proposal we received.So happy with everything. 10/10. I had an old whole house filter that started leaking. I was able to get an assessment and quote within a few days after calling Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain. Lupe was our tech. He gave us honest feedback about what he thought we would need and made a great recommendation of adding a turn off valve to make future whole house filter changes more easy.As soon as I received my filter I was able to make the appointment for installation. Lupe arrived on time and worked quickly. He left no mess and honestly my whole house filter system looks so much prettier than I expected!He even added a spigot to properly flush the system and I'm sure it'll come in handy for other uses later on. I'm so happy with the work!I highly recommend for their high quality work and professionalism. I will keep them in my house book to call upon for future plumbing and drainage needs.

When a restaurant looses its water heater, it's not a matter of inconvenience, it's a matter of closing doors until the issue is resolved. Ours was dying, about about to give up the ghost when I contacted EG Plumbing & Drain. A wonder-worker named Parker came out, assessed my situation, took 15, maybe 20 minutes to research best options, walked back into my place and said he found the best replacement heater, could be there early before opening the next morning to disconnect and remove the old heater, install the new one and be done with hot water before we opened. That was fantastic news, IF he could pull it off. And I knew what to expect to pay for heater and installation, because I have family elsewhere in plumbing and they read me list prices... But Parker found me the right heater at the right price and got the job done neat and clean and all before we opened that day. Everything was digitized and two i-Pad signatures took care of everything. When it came time to cut the check, the amount was exactly as quoted. Parker assessed my situation, knew my business needs, researched to meet those needs by finding a heater and managed delivery and removal, met my needs by completely the job on time and charged me fairly. That's my definition of a great business... should be yours too.
